Set in Oxford’s condemned cell Easter 1752 moments before the public hanging of Mary my show could have a worse address like Debtor’s tower I visit today.  Men, women and children were all penned in this tower that had no glass in the windows and were left to fend for themselves.  They had to purchase their own food but yet they had no money.  The stones feel soul destroying.
