Built a century after Mary hung the Savoy now dominates the Strand.  The man Mary bequeathed her estate too had the address of the Strand at a time when this London theatre land was just germinating.  Next to the Savoy is the Savoy theatre with the current smash hit ‘Legally Blonde’.  Mary would like this gutsy show of a woman fighting against the odds for what she wants.
