rain stops play (almost) in Henley

A happy Sunday wandering the second hand bookshops of Mary’s birithplace - Henley-on-Thames.  Exchanging favourite anecdotes about the Blandy story with some of the Henley literati proved hungry work.  Topped it off with a fresh cream delight from Maison Blanc taken by the river staring at the bridge she was chased across.  Fresh information suggests she entertained friends on Paradise Street.  Treading through the town David and I stumble upon the most impressive Georgian house in the vicinity.  We look up.  It is Blandy House as pictured.  Now a new domain of pain aka dentist surgery.
