Christmas in gaol

This chirpy tree I spotted last week in front of the newest wing of Oxford Gaol (now converted to a Malmaison hotel). Sometimes old in mates re visit the site to point out their cell from the outside. It’s interesting they rarely want to go inside to look at their old room. Perhaps they have spotted the hotel tariff.
