Gary Jones directed a gripping production of Hamlet with this tower as a back drop for Creation theatre.  A year earlier Merchant of Venice whipped up a storm with a cat walk set up in the exercise yard with rap music booming through the windows.  It was quite a show with fire eating and lively chases through the audiences.  By the end of the night the moon was flush with the tower and the words of Shakespeare whizzed around the head as we stood for the bus.
