...seem to go on forever when you are slightly tipsy.  Looks clearer in the picture than my head.  The fine tailoring stores would have taken appointments from ladies of the Shire such as Mary to visit for fittings for Debutante frocks.  Mary was a frequent socialite in Bath, no stranger to high society.  Her classic elegant wardrobe never got her the man of her dreams until she died.  Her mother introduced her to many suitors previously but none had matched Mary’s ideals of Mr Right.
